Travel information

The meeting will take place in Montpellier on Thursday, June 26 and Friday, June 27 on SupAgro campus.  A series of tutorials on specific or advanced R topics will be proposed for the afternoon of Wednesday, June 25.

Registrations and Fees

Registration can be performed on line at this site.

The registration fees are as follows:
  • Early (until May 25) : 120 euros 
  • Late (from May 26) : 150 euros 
  • Student : 90 euros

Registration deadline: June 16


After June 16, no more cancellation will be possible and registration fees will be due.

Lodging and meals

The registration includes two lunches (June 26 and 27) and a dinner buffet the evening of June 26. 
 
The website of the Tourist Office proposes a booking platform to find your lodging solution.

Getting there

The meeting will take place on the campus of SupAgro.

By walk:

From the city center, start from the so known “Place de la Comédie” (2 min away from the train station), take La Loge Street, and follow straight to Foch Street. When you will reach the Arches, you will be at the Peyrou’ door where is the Peyrou garden, located on the edge of the historic center, follow Boulevard des Arceaux Street which goes by Avenue de l'Ecole d'Agriculture Street , it will lead you directly to place Pierre Viala (Montpellier SupAgro). Less than 30 min walk.

By car:
From the highway:
- Take the exit 30: “Montpellier Sud”
- At the roundabout follow "Mosson"
- Continue for approximately 4 kilometers (L'’Abrivado Street, then Avenue des Prés d’Arènes Street and Avenue de la Liberté Street) keep following the direction of “Mosson”.
- Turn right towards "Hôpitaux Facultés"
- On your right you will pass in front of the supermarket "Géant", continue straight through the tunnel
- Turn right at the 4th traffic light after the tunnel, follow the sign “SupAgro – INRA” for about 1 km

By bus:
From the train station or the city center (Place de la Comédie) using bus lines:
Bus n°6: Direction "Euromédecine", get off at the station "Pierre Viala"

From the suburbs, with the bus line "La Ronde" station "Louis Ravas"
WARNING: buses run from 6.00 am to 9.00 pm.

From the airport, take the shuttle to the train station and follow “By bus” instructions.
